You have a great agent in your office, Lisa Pecora. She is personable and very knowledgeable about real estate. To my delight, she certainly crosses all the “T’s” and dots all the “I’s” on the incredible amount of paperwork needed for settlement. It was very reassuring to have her at my side at the settlement of my mother’s house because the Bank of America agent was totally incompetent. Lisa Pecora is definitely an asset to your team .
